Terms & Conditions

As outlined in these terms of use (this “Agreement”), Lucid Medical Diagnostics and its associated pages and content therein (‘Website’ or ‘Web-portal’) are to be used according to the following rules. As used in this Agreement, “you,” “user,” or “your” refer to everyone who accesses or uses the Website. When you select the “I agree” button or use our services, you acknowledge and represent that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age.
  2. You are authorised to bind yourself legally, or your family members, or your company, as applicable.
  3. Either you own the information, or you have the authorization to share it with us.
  4. By accepting these terms of use and privacy policy/agreement, you agree that you will not:
  5. Use the services in any way that is illegal, unauthorised, or unethical;
  6. Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, amend, decompile, or disassemble our software and website, in whole or in part.

Registration

  • For full access to the Website’s features, services, and platform, you must register on this Website.
  • Sign-up pages will redirect you to a page where you will be able to create a personal/organisational username and password.
  • The required information includes your name, email address, birth date, gender, pin code, occupation, industry, or other relevant information, and the details of the person to whom you would like the report sent.
  • If we cannot verify your credentials at any time or find that you are not authorised to avail of the Services, we may terminate your access to or use of the Services/Website/NSAP.

Services

  • As a User or a Customer, you have the right to use this Website to access certain services specified in the following clauses (“Services”), and those clauses shall interpret the term “Services.”
  • Upon completing the registration procedure, you are entitled to view and book various health check-up packages or other offers; choose for samples’ home collection service (if available in your area).
  • A photo-identification card, an invoice, and the Order ID or transaction number are required when visiting the Lab or availing of Home Service. You must follow all requirements for the pre-tests.
  • If you have questions about the Lucid Medical Diagnostics Website, you should always contact the team or read its instructions/guidelines.
  • During the term of your agreement with us or as directed by us, we are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information available from or through our site.
  • Suppose you upload or use the information on or through this site. In that case, you assume full responsibility and risk and agree that Lucid Medical Diagnostics is not responsible or liable for any claims, losses, or liabilities.
  • Our associates nor we provide any warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the information provided by you.

Agreement Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause by giving the other a 72-hour notice in advance. Lucid Diagnostics, however, may revoke this Agreement without prior notice.
  • If this Agreement is terminated, we may terminate your access to our Services and Website and your use of them.

Payments and Refund Policy

  • Lucid Medical Diagnostics shall provide the Customer with a suitable payment gateway, such as credit cards, debit cards, cash cards, and internet banking, for Fee payments.
  • Upon opting for online payment, the User/Customer acknowledges that the Services will not begin until the money is deposited into Lucid Diagnostics’ accounts.
  • The User/Customer understands and agrees that payment mechanisms may be governed by separate agreements between the third parties who provide payment mechanisms and Lucid Diagnostics. In no event shall Lucid Medical Diagnostics be liable or responsible for payment malfunctions or defects. It is solely the Customer’s responsibility to pay the amount.
  • The customer should make cancellations within 48 hours of booking. A cancellation fee of 10% will be applied to the total invoice amount.
  • For cancellations and refunds, customers can contact us via email.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made and cannot be refunded via another method within 15-20 working days.

Test Reports Delivery

  • Unless otherwise requested, Lucid Medical Diagnostics shall endeavour to provide the test reports within 10 working days.
  • If the package is delivered by courier, the transit/shipping time is added to the processing time.
  • Lucid Medical Diagnostics will strive to meet the preferred delivery date but will not be responsible if it is not met.

Modification and Updates

  • Lucid Medical Diagnostics may modify these Terms of Use, the Website, and the Services without prior notice. Such modifications will take effect upon implementing new terms and changes to the Website.
  • If you fail to review such modified Terms of Use, Lucid Medical Diagnostics will not be responsible for any loss or cost you suffer.

Services/Website Maintenance

  • The Website and/or the Services (as the case may be) may be deactivated or/and suspended at any time by Lucid Medical Diagnostics at its sole discretion without prior notice to carry out system maintenance, upgrades, testing, repairs, and/or other related work.
  • Any loss, damage, cost, or expense suffered or incurred by the User as a result of such deactivation or suspension shall not be reimbursed by Lucid Medical Diagnostics as a result of this Agreement.
  • Governing Law
    All terms and conditions of this Agreement are governed by and construed under Indian law. This Section will remain in effect regardless of the reasons for termination or expiration.

The terms and conditions herein constitute an agreement. Don’t proceed if you don’t agree with any of the terms and conditions in this agreement.Once You have clicked the “I AGREE” button, this Agreement will become effective.If you wish to avail of the services through the website, you must agree to the above terms and conditions.
